Screenwriter Sandy Nicholson joins Euro Scriptchat on Sunday the 19thof May

Have you ever considered writing, and in fact making, your own Web Series? Euro Scriptchat is joined by writer Sandy Nicholson on Sunday the 19th of May as we talk about the process behind the production of a Web Series.

Sandy Nicholson
My name is Sandy Nicholson and I’m a scriptwriter for television, theatre and film.

I recently wrote and produced the web series Comfort Food, the first world’s first narrative based cooking show, releasing on June 10th on Blip.tv. Comfort Food has gathered some minor interest from the BBC, and was awarded Best Screenplay at the Braine Hownd short awards.

Recently I was head writer on season 1 of Cabu Cabu, a Nigerian remake of the Israeli show BeTipul, which was also remade for American audiences by HBO as In Treatment

I have written advertising campaigns for companies such as Wonderbra, and work as a composer and performance poet around London, as well as working with the head of new writing at KDC Theatre.

Finally, I run the Central London based script feedback group Kites and Violence, which offers tough feedback for people serious about their craft.

Join us as we chat to @Sandy_Nicholson on Sunday the 19th of May at 8pm BST.
